JD.com will hold an annual general meeting

BEIJING, May 20, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — JD.com, Inc. (the “Company” or “JD.com”) (JD; HKEx: 9618), a leading provider of technology and services based on supply chain, announcing today announced that it will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “AGM”) at Building A, No. 18, Kechuang Street 11, Yizhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Daxing District, Beijing 101111, People’s Republic of China on June 21, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time).

No proposal will be submitted for shareholder approval at the AGM. Instead, the AGM will serve as an open forum for registered shareholders to discuss Company business with management.

Registered holders of Class A ordinary shares and Class B ordinary shares of the Company as of the close of business on May 19, 2022 (Hong Kong time) are entitled to receive notice of and attend the AGM or any adjournment or postponement thereof.

The Company has filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F, including its audited financial statements, for the year ended December 31, 2021, with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
